Enjoy a lovely walk from the Park along the cliff tops to Budleigh Salterton or walk or take the bus to Exmouth. The caravan has
everything you will need including a full kitchen, double glazing and gas central heating, gas and electric are included. The caravan has a central lounge and kitchen with a dining table big enough for 6. The lounge has a 24 inch TV and DVD player and electric fire. The main bedroom is on the right with a double bed, dressing table, nightstands and it's own en-suite with shower, hand basin and toilet. There are a further two twin bedrooms on the other side of the caravan which are served by another shower room with hand basin and toilet. There is decking to the front with chairs and a table so you can enjoy the lovely views. The caravan is in a quiet area of the park with lovely sea views and a large field to the front. There is a tarmac parking space directly in front of the caravan which is big enough for 2 cars and a children's play park about 60 metres to the right. Small dogs may be permitted with consent. Please note that linen and Funworks passes are not included. You will need to bring your own linen i.e. sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases and towels. Funworks Passes must be ordered in advance and be collected/purchased from reception.
