Cactus Organics We are your local beef supplier. We supply to restaurants, your community and family. Our beef is grown without the use of antibiotics or growth hormones

Thank-you for choosing Cactus Organics as your choice beef supplier. We are Gerry and Sheldon Scheck, and we farm in west central Saskatchewan producing certified organic grains and grasses. Our passion, however, is our Highland cattle herd. The calves are born on the prairie and as yearlings, they continue to grow on free choice grain and pasture in the summer and hay in the winter. When the high

land offspring are ready for market, we transport them monthly to a local butcher where they are dry aged, processed and sold by the quarter, half or whole. Our purpose is to provide our customers with a superior, nourishing product which ensures a gratifying dining experience. By using a local, trustworthy butcher and by marketing our own beef, our customers know where their food comes from and are therefore assured of a tasty, reliable product. We have been blessed by the the relationships we have established over the past fifteen years and look forward to meeting new customers in the future.
