With the government’s continued effort towards infrastructural development, the NCR real estate market’s best days are yet to come. Research data shows that NCR market has been witnessing 20% - 30% appreciation year on year post the global financial crisis in 2008. The next in line are the tier 2 cities, especially the state capitals such as Dehradun, Bhopal, Patna along with upcoming cities like Allahbad, Jalandhar, Goa etc. As per the projections made by McKinsey Global, India’s urban population will soar from 340 million in 2008 to 590 million in 2030. And this urban expansion means more jobs being created, increase in demand for residential & commercial developments.
