A 3 bedroom/2.5 home on Oystercatcher Island, located in the gated community of Litchfield by the Sea in Pawleys Island, SC on an eight-mile stretch of beach in the Waccamaw Neck section of Georgetown County, South Carolina. The Waccamaw Neck is a long, narrow stretch of land bounded on the east by the Atlantic Ocean and on the west by the Waccamaw River (the largest fresh water section of the Int

racoastal Waterway). Also nearby is historic Georgetown (20 minutes to the south) and Charleston. The Litchfield Beach and Pawleys Island area has long been known as a great family vacation area. There is no commercialism on the ocean front, but there are many activities close by - golf courses, Brookgreen Gardens, Huntington Beach State Park. Litchfield by the Sea is made up of several “neighborhoods” – Oystercatcher Island is only 45 homes in the middle of Osprey Lake with a shared community pool. Community tennis courts are nearby as well as bike and jogging trails. The Beach House parking area is 7/10 mile from the Oystercatcher pool with restrooms, decks, beach crossover, and water fountains. Oystercatcher #23 Amenities:
