Past life regression starts with deep relaxation, of your body and mind enabling you to access your subconscious mind where your past life memories are stored. You are always in complete control, aware of what is happening, and will remember your journey once the session is over. Your subconscious allows past life memories to come to the surface, that have particular relevance for your life today.

Your past lives often have a profound message for you, and can explain present characteristics, behaviour, beliefs and actions. Usually a simple acknowledgement of previous events by bringing them into your conscious awareness is deeply healing in itself. Sometimes additional healing techniques are also used. I am based in Bushey Hertfordshire, but can travel a reasonable distance to you.
