Looking for something unique to do in Pittsburgh? Are you celebrating something special? Artist’s Remarque was started with you in mind. What’s the idea?

Maybe you simply have an interest in art, but don't know where to get begin? AR’s primary goal is make art fun. For people looking for something to do in the city, AR wants to provide an educational and social experience. We want to be a part of an environment where students could learn on their own terms, in a social setting and promote an open exchange of ideas. For individual students, AR wants

to develop a skill set based on their personal interests. Art doesn’t have to be regimented (unless you like that sort of thing). It should be freeing - and we like how cheesy it sounds when we say that! AR promotes the idea that there is no “right” way to do things, and we do not want students to think about achieving standardized perfection in their work. Since art should be about communicating and translating ideas, we’d rather students try to achieve the version of perfection they had envisioned in their mind. We hope you like the way we think and that you will contact us soon!

Events and Celebrations: AR provides art instruction, customized for every age, every occasion and every skill level. How it works: you provide the event details, and then we customize an art project just for you. The best part is we travel to your location, and provide the lesson and materials. AR hosts an array of celebrations: Birthday parties, bachelorette parties, showers, direct sales events, and corporate events. Let’s say you’re simply looking for a great way to gather friends. Well, round ‘em up, maybe uncork your favorite bottle of wine and invite AR to provide a project! It’s a great way to learn something new and make some memories with friends. We hope you'll let us join you at your next event! Private Lessons: Students interested in more specialized instruction should consider AR’s private lessons. Do you have a child interested in fashion design? We have a curriculum “tailor made” just for them. Maybe you have a personal interest in architecture. AR will help you “lay the foundation” for capturing historical structures, as well as designing your own. Even a general studies curriculum is available for students interested in learning how to work with 2-D media. Let AR help you achieve your artistic goals. While AR is willing to travel for private lessons, students are responsible for their own materials.
