It all began in the year 2000. Just started with myself, a car and a ladder on top. And I've made it work. First cleaning pubs around Chelmsford on weekly basis and that was Askews' passport into
the commercial world, which then led to working with busy coffee shops
and eateries in the area. The next step was to acquire a few small window-cleaning businesses to help develop the client base. We sta

rted small and got bigger by demand. This helped shape all the procedures as and when needed; it helped keep the business growing bit by bit. We manage the processes and make sure we provide quality service to every client. This is the key to good performance: decent client relations, efficiency and constantly developing skills. Today, we are working with three subcontractors, delivering Tool Box Talks to help them develop their skills. As a Safecontractor accredited company we make sure that all their credentials and code of conduct are in top shape – and we have a working relationship with Chestnuts Associates, a specialist who takes care of our Risk Assessments and Method Statements looking after the heart of our business.
