Today members of the Yellow Footed Rock Wallaby Preservation Association started the annual grass land herbivore grazing survey. Some new volunteer helpers got to take in the sights of Mt Caernarvon and the conditions did not disappoint. We were delighted to see the return of grasses to many areas of the Bunkers.

Hi all.. we need you help to keep our track open! Please support The Yellow Footed Rock Wallaby Preservation Association with their fundraising to buy a piece of plant, so they can maintain the tracks and continue their valuable conservation work across Reserve. Please support 🙏🏼 these wonderful volunteers.

Being Volunteer Week we would not be able to operate the Caernarvon Track and maintain The Bunkers Conservation Reserve that the Caernarvon Track is on without our fantastic member volunteers and their hard work and thousands of hours they contribute to the Reserve.
A big Thankyou to all our valuable volunteers.

It’s that time of year when we have members of the Yellow Footed Rock Wallaby Footed Rock Wallaby Preservation Association and volunteers are out conducting a Herbivore Grazing & Grassland Survey. This year they have noted the large number of Goldern Orb Spiders making their webs between the shrubs. 🕷 😳
