Cornerstone Home Renovators works alongside architects, designers and homeowners to transform a room, a house or piece of dirt into the vision that inspired the renovation or build. We pride ourselves on giving the client an exceptional construction experience while crafting a project with well thought out

construction details that will stand the test of time. Cornerstone is owned and managed by Aaron and Kelli Reynolds, a husband and wife team who live in Kent, WA with their family. Their unique set of skills allows them to operate Cornerstone seamlessly and efficiently while producing top quality work. Aaron's construction experience started in California as a self-employed business co-owner as he gained extensive knowledge of all aspects of the remodeling process. A desire to grow his knowledge and expertise led him to the Pacific Northwest where he has over 10 years of experience in residential construction, working as a project manager for a high-end builder. His devotion to detail and a tenacity for quality have set him apart as a builder who cares deeply about customer satisfaction and integrity in all aspects of a project. Kelli's background is in business, previously specializing in helping small business owners with their accounting and administrative needs. In addition to keeping the office of Cornerstone running smoothly, Kelli also lends her fresh ideas and design skills in all the homes they flip and projects where customers like a full-service construction and design element. Her desire to see efficiency and professionalism in all areas is a complement to Aaron's skill and quality of work. Aaron and Kelli have two amazing children, David and Karyss, and love spending time as a family. They can often be found enjoying the lake at their house or exploring the Seattle area playing "tourist" in their own town. Favorite local spots include Dash Point, Lake Meridian, Les Gove Park and outdoor mini golf courses.

Another project under way 🏠 This kitchen is getting a major facelift and we couldn’t be more excited! Demo is complete and we’ve moved on to the electrical/plumbing/framing stage that comes before all the beautiful finishes can be installed. Stay tuned to see progress.

Our Military Remodel has made some good progress since the lst post. Hardwood floor installation starts next week!

We started on our Military remodel last week. The kitchen is being relocated to the larger back room which requires all new mechanicals to the room. Watch as we transform both spaces and create our client's dream kitchen.

Here are some before and after photos of a small kitchen that we recently completed. The small space didn’t allow for many changes to be made but we were able to remove the soffits to make the space feel bigger.

Here are shots of a bathroom that was completed this past week.
Our goal was to create a more practical use of the space for the owner that involved removing the seldom used tub and creating a larger shower and make-up counter. Mission accomplished!

Check out these pictures from a recently completed remodel in Black Diamond. The 1960s house was given a full face lift and upgrades to the structure and systems of the house to make it a much more comfortable place to call home.
