One of the best things my mom ever did was tell my sister and I that we didn’t have to do anything sensational for her to love us. 💗 It was born out of her mother doing the exact opposite to her.

So if you didn’t hear this growing up, I’m here to tell you that just being your kind, caring, loving self is enough. You are loved! You are worthy. You are way way more than enough.

You don’t have to decorate the perfect Christmas tree, prepare the best Hanukkah dinner, buy the priciest gifts for your family or go to all the events (or none), just your loving presence is enough. Actually, the best gift is to listen graciously with an open heart. 💕

Happy Full December Moon! 💕 It’s the last full moon of the year so it’s a great time to reflect on what you’d like to release from 2024 and what energy you’d like bring in as we move into the New Year.

If you’re feeling a bit out of sorts, do your best to put yourself in positive situations and think more optimistic thoughts. But also be very gentle with yourself.

Remember the full moon pours down waterfalls of energy. Whatever you’re feeling, thinking or doing in the next few days will be multiplied, fertilized and energized.

So it’s a time of opportunity to harness the energy for good or it could be a time of emotional upheaval. Do your best to put yourself in physical and emotional places that will create calm and joy.

My tips ~ Try to avoid arguments and delay hard discussions for the next few days. Instead, stay centered, take a cleansing sea salt bath, meditate, send healing and blessings to people in need and think positive as much as you can. Also, it's a potent time to do manifestation writing and boards. Then you’re using the power of the full moon to harness good and create good karma too.

Sending pink loving light to you today and always! 🌸 Make this full moon a good one for yourself and others.

And perhaps set aside some time to write about what you want to release from 2024 in order to move into 2025 in an openhearted, positive way.

Staying stuck in the past wishing something could’ve been different doesn’t help you because you can’t change the past. But when you add in the fantasy that it would’ve been so much better, that’s not 100% knowable either.

Better to accept what happened and/or the choices you made (with the knowledge you had at the time) and NOW do the things in your power to create the sweet life you want.

You have grown. You are stronger for it and you have the ability to decide right now where you want your life to go.

Baby steps or large leaps. Doesn’t matter... as long as you’re taking action and moving forward.

Radiating pink light and thankful vibes! 🌸 ☀️ Happy Thanksgiving my dear friends.

No matter what is going on in your personal world (family issues, health challenges, fears etc) or the world at large, there are many things to be thankful for including the bed you woke up in, the soft pillow beneath your head and the food in your fridge. Sometimes these basics are taken for granted but they shouldn’t be. A good practice (and one I do) is to name them and say them out loud. 🥰

Take a few moments today to write at least 10 things you’re grateful for in this time in your life. Put the piece of paper or your journal to your heart and send pink light to those things and those people. As you send out gratitude, your heart becomes fuller.

Take walks in nature and breathe, my friends… Especially during intense times, we need to stop the news scroll, release stress and take deep healing breaths (exhale 2x longer than inhaling for calming effect). Nature’s healing energy will re-regulate your nervous system… I took this beautiful hike yesterday evening. I felt free and expansive! Take good care of yourself and your spirit. After gushing about my gorgeous blue and pink hotel room in Florence, I wanted to show you a video I took when I walked in! Those of you who are into feng shui, look at all the colors, textures and design elements that made it so beautiful! I especially love the pink fringe at the bottom of the blue velvet chairs and the pink ribbon above the wainscoting. I’m going to be bringing some of the inspiration back to my own bedroom. Of course, the views out to Florence are spectacular too! 🇮🇹💗
