Cooks Cove Cottage is a historic home built in the 1800's in the heart of a beautiful fishing hamlet Cooks Cove just minutes from the charming village of Guysborough. The home is located on a 30 acre lot, seconds from the beach and fishing wharf. With fields behind the house, an orchard on one side and the beach in front you have your choice of amazing views. This is a quaint and cozy, two bedroom

cottage,with an additional camp bed in another of the rooms. Full bath with shower, fully equipped kitchen, large front enclosed sun porch over looking the beach. Lots of trees and green lawns, picnic bench on the green beside the beach for meals by the water. Quiet but easily accessible by the main road. The Cottage is within seconds of the beach, 5 minute drive to the historic village of Guysborough, 45 minute drive to Antigonish, 45 minutes to historic Sherbrooke Village, 2 hr drive to Confederation Bridge leading to PEI, and a 2.5 hour drive to Halifax airport.
