The road and surrounding area is a parking free zone so no need for parking discs or the scratch cards, however parking is on a first come first serve basis Please take it into account this is Whitby so there is a hill leading up to the hou

se, so please take a look at it before booking. Located just down the road is the award winning Railway Chippy, serving good sized portions at a fair price. There is also a friendly local family pub and a convenience store just round the corner. Best of all the house is a short walk to the harbour and town, you really do have everything on your doorstep. The beach is approximately a 10 minute walk away. On the ground floor you have a good size living room and separate dining room, along with a galley kitchen which has all your mod cons including washing machine, fridge freezer, gas cooker, microwave etc. This leads out onto your very own gated courtyard. One the first floor you have a generous sized master bedroom with a large double bed, large wardrobe,drawer units, tv with freeview with a built in dvd player. Across the landing you will find a second bedroom with two full size single beds, drawer units, tv with freeview with a built in dvd player. At the other end of the landing you will find a newly fitted modern bathroom, which includes bath with a power shower over. The house has gas central heating and double glazed windows and doors. There is a Sky box downstairs in the lounge, so for anyone that has Sky at home all you need to bring is your Sky card and you will never miss a program. Free to view channels are available to everyone through this box. No Smoking/ Va**ng inside the House
