We in Socotra Dream tours are a group of socotris who have been trained for years by the UNDP-Socotra Conservation and Development Program in various aspects of ecotourism, particularly fauna, flora and tourism services and management. We have also been working closely with the Socotra Eco-tourism Society . Our aim is to run a purely Socotrai operation (currently putting this number up to two in the island). There are many tour operators, based on the mainland, who service the island, but these do not take nearly as much care of the local environment, economy and people as we do, Socotra is our home and we are doing our utmost to develop sustainable tourism that benefits the wider spectrum of this beautiful and unique island. Unlike the mainland operators, our overhead costs are minimal, and we guarantee that all our fees come to the benefit of the local population. Socotra Dream tours

About Socotra Dream Travel & Tours Socotra Dream Tours was created on Socotra in December 2006 and is entirely managed by socotri people who look upon ecotourism as means of sustainable development for the island.
