This 1st floor apartment is situated right on the beach with magnificent beach and sea views.

The complex is situated on the 3 km long promenade which is safe for long morning or afternoon strolls.

The apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms of which both has a bath and overhead shower. The main bedroom, with a queen size bed, leads onto the patio through a sliding door. Both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have two single beds each. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, as well as in the lounge area.

This 1st floor apartment is located in Ballito right on the beach, between the Willards beach, and the well-known Grannies pool, where it is very safe for children to swim. The unit has beautiful sea views from the lounge and two of the bedrooms.

There is a full inverter that runs everything except the stove and geyser.

The apartment sleeps six people in three bedrooms, the main bedroom is en suite with a bath and shower, and has a Queen bed, the second bedroom also has a double bed and private balcony, and the third bedroom has two single beds. A second bathroom with a shower service the other two bedrooms.
