It has direct and private access to the beach and promenade and is walking distance to restaurants and shops. The apartment is in a very safe and secure complex with access via remote control.

19 Tontiki offers:

An open plan fully equipped kitchen with stove/oven and hob, fridge/freezer,

washing machine and tumble dryer combo, microwave and all cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. The lounge leads out onto a balcony which looks over the pool and has sea view on either side, has a large gas braai/BBQ, dart board and outside furniture which comfortably seats 6. The main bedroom has a queen size double bed with an en-suite bathroom (shower, basin, toilet) and air con. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds which can be converted into a king size double bed. A ceiling fan is in the room. The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds which can be converted into a king size double bed. All linen, duvets and pillows are provided. (PLEASE NOTE YOU NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS)

The 2nd and 3rd bedroom share a bathroom which has a bath, basin and toilet. The unit is serviced daily. (excluding Sundays and public holidays)

1 covered parking is available as well as extra visitors parking. A swimming pool is available. No pets are allowed. No matriculants or students are allowed. MIN OF 5 NIGHT BOOKINGS ONLY

The apartment overlooks the pool area and has partial sea views from all bedrooms and the patio. It is located in a secure complex, and offers direct and private access to the beach and the promenade, as well as being within walking distance to various restaurants and shops. Accommodates up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms and is best suited to families. No party groups allowed. Rates start from R1500 to R4000 per night with a minimum of 5 nights.
