Attached are some items picked up in a roof at a recent compliance inspection. Most properties end up with these issues over time as a result of using multiple electricians as well as going the cheap route.
Take note that when you sell your house these items need to be repaired in order for a certificate of compliance to be issued.
The cheap route has now become costly. DM has its own in house electrical team.
