Attached are some items picked up in a roof at a recent compliance inspection. Most properties end up with these issues over time as a result of using multiple electricians as well as going the cheap route.
Take note that when you sell your house these items need to be repaired in order for a certificate of compliance to be issued.
The cheap route has now become costly. DM has its own in house electrical team. We guarantee any electrical installation that we have done a compliance inspection and repairs on, this allows our clients to continue to use our services with peace of mind. Hi All,

Just an update before the year ends off.

DM will be closing for its general (Non emergency) services as of tomorrow 15th December.
We are aware that maintenance is an all year round requirement and will therefore have both plumbing and electrical teams on standby throughout the festive season.

DM is currently looking at taking on an administrative staff member to kick off the new year with.
We are looking for someone with basic book keeping knowledge (or interest in learning) as well as administrative characteristics. eg Handling external or internal communications(Making or taking calls), scheduling, basic filing, computer literacy imperative. The growth prospects are good, hard work and dedication will be rewarded.
