We need to be GREAT again (and this has nothing to do with politics) but by adopting a few simple ideas and practices it is so attainable."

G - Practice gratitude, be thankful for all we have!
R - Respect each other... from the janitor to the CEO!
E - Empathy... is the ability to understand what a fellow human is going through!
A - Being aware of what your fellow neighbours are experiencing - if you can help, why not?
T - Tolerance... we must accept diversity and not express a negative attitude towards individuals who are different!
We cannot be passive. We have to make an active choice to reach out on the basis of mutual understanding and respect.

We have to be kinder. We have to love louder. We need to focus on only good things!
