Olive Grove is a perfect, immaculate Constantia Valley family home situated in a security estate between Constantia and Houtbay. A wonderful flow from the modern open plan living area to the sunny patio with breathtaking garden and mountain views. There is an additional family room which is perfect for families travelling with kids. This home is located only a few minutes from the Constantia Nek hiking Trail as well as one of Cape Town's Top Restaurants (La Colombe).

Property Description
Trovato House is a stunning brand newly renovated home which would the perfect holiday rental in Cape Town. The home comprises of an open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge (with a small bar area attached to the lounge) as well as well as a kids play nook, a huge kids playroom and 5 bedrooms. The beautifully established garden offers plenty of greenery, space and big trees for shade as well as a pool and patio with a built in braai. There is also cottage on the property which has an additional bedroom and en-suite bathroom with open plan kitchenette making. This is an additional rental, but means that this house can sleep up to 12 people if both the house and cottage are booked.

This house has a solar/battery system so is not affected by loadshedding.
