Chardonnay possibly the worlds best white wine, comes from the green-skinned grape variety of the same name. A cross between the Pinot Noir and Gouais Blanc grape varieties

Chardonnay should always be served chilled, not to cold as flavours could die out.

Pinot Noir is a lightly coloured, medium bodied low tannin wine. Wine made from Pinot noir tend to have red fruit aromas of cherries, raspberries and strawberries.

The grapes have thin skin, has low sugar, fewer calories, and low alcohol content. It is considered to be the healthiest of wines.

Syrak aka Shiraz
Syrah is a fruit-forward wine. It's known for its strong fruit flavors, such as blueberry and blackberry. Syrah tend to give off more savory notes, such as black pepper, to***co, and liquorice. The "Spicy Wine"

pairs well with grilled meats, vegetables, wild game and beef stew.

Pinot Grigio

This wine type can be described as light, dry and refreshing with crisp fruit flavors like apple or pear. As a medium-bodied it will have more of a floral aroma and a hint of minerality. Although both styles can be considered the same wine, the latter style typically bears the name Pinot Gris rather than Pinot Grigio. Both Pinot Gris and Pinot Grigio are best paired with seafood, more specifically shellfish.
