2 Two Oceans Aquarium
The Two Oceans Aquarium offers visitors the opportunity to discover the diverse marine life found off the southern African coast. Meet the animals that call the cold waters of the Atlantic Ocean their home – and the brightly coloured ones that live in the warm Indian Ocean. Discover fascinating microscopic life at the microscope area, have a tactile experience at the touch pool or come face to face with wondrous marine life in the Aquarium’s new large – scale exhibit. The Aquarium is open daily from 09:30 -18:00. Prices range between R70 to R150p/p (valid until 31 March 2017) Tickets available online.

1. Kenilworth Karting

Go-karting at this Kenilworth course is the perfect indoor activity for little ones likely to need to release pent-up energy every hour on the hour. The venue spoils speed racers with the chance to do 10 whizzing laps around the 310-m racetrack, and it even has lightweight 140cc vehicles for the little ones (there’s a minimum height restriction of 1.6m excluding junior racing). It costs R70p/p for kids under 16 to ride 10 laps, up to R100p/p for 20 laps and little ones can ride for five minutes for R25p/p. Kenilworth Karting is open every day from 10:30am to 11pm, and the junior track is open until 5pm.
