We’ll embark on the scenic Kasteelspoort route up Table Mountain, pausing at Breakfast Rock for a cup of coffee before heading to the famous Diving Board – one of the most Instagram-worthy spots on the mountain. Afterward, explore the historic mountain-top dams with insights from your professional guide. Experience a peaceful, silent walking meditation as you pass through blooming fynbos, then descend this iconic trail after a rewarding day in nature. This route is accessible, with limited rock scrambling and minimal height exposure.

Come join us and other adventurous women to conquer this beautiful trail!

Conversation was typical of a group of avid mountain guides; ranging from facts about the Wild Almond tree, to the best types of freeze dried hiking foods, funny guiding stories and beautiful mountain moments.
