FastTrac We do tax consulting to business entities, individuals and trusts. Clients include Close Corporations, Trusts, Individuals and Pty Ltd companies.

FastTrac currently has clients in retail, freight forwarding, medical, property, manufacturing, contracting and general services industries. FastTrac is not publicly registered as an auditing firm but does save companies money by preparing financials for audit on a lesser rate than recognised auditing firms. We have a wealth of experience in financial advisory services. Since 1993 we have been con

ducting training in the financial space, both at formal tertiary education level as well as custom written in-house training. Coupled against the backdrop of a C.A. qualification, we bring a wealth of experience to any Board of Trustees. We have a fair sized database of business entities and trusts for which we do the final accounting and preparation of financial statements. We fulfil the role of Financial Director on Call for SMEs that do not need a full time CA, and in conjunction with the bookkeepers, ensure that the records are complete, up to date and accurate.

We are an accounting practice based in Southern Suburbs with two available positions.
Bookkeeper : Rate negotiable depending on experience.
Starting : immediately.
Contract Position
This is a remote position but you must be based in Cape Town and you are required to have access to internet, laptop, printers, etc. The position covers a variety of industries and experience in Pastel Xpress, Sage Online, Xero and Quickbooks is essential. Payroll experience will be an advantage.
The candidate must be able to take books up to trial balance and in some instances be prepared to travel to clients.
Please note that this position is not for a junior bookkeeper or creditors/debtors clerk. It would be preferable if the candidate has experience in an accounting practice.

This is a remote position but you must be based in Cape Town and you are required to have access to internet, laptop, printers, etc. The position covers a variety of industries and experience in Pastel Xpress, Sage Online, Xero and Quickbooks is essential.
The candidate must be able to prepare management accounts and annual financial statements as well as prepare income tax returns for Companies, Trusts and Individuals.
Experience with SARS matters such as objections, appeals, VAT audits, etc is a must.
