Our little Victorian house has just undergone a major renovation and in doing so we have tried to conserve as many of the old existing Victorian features, while throwing in a huge dos
e of funk, design and local flavour. The result is an unusual blend of old and new, of both form and function. We believe that 12Hofmeyr offers the guest the opportunity to stay in Cape Town as a Capetonian and to have a unique local experience. With 4 en-suite rooms, we cater to groups both large and small. When not in your room you can relax in the lounge, enjoy a tea in the leafy courtyard or make your way onto the roof and into the whirlpool bath to admire the fantastic views over the harbour and Table Mountain. Coffee is always available from the Nespresso machine in the newly renovated kitchen, which has everything you need in case you decide to stay in and cook or want to whip up a snack. With filtered still and sparkling water on tap, we won’t ever charge you to stay hydrated. Breakfast is served in the dining room on request at an additional cost .

A two-minute walk takes you to Kloof Street, vibrant neighbourhood extraordinaire. It is filled with restaurants, coffee shops, galleries and design stores and is the perfect starting point from which to explore all the city has to offer.
