NSC is a soon to be launched events and entertainment based company located in Cape Town, focused on bringing you the latest high profiled events and gigs, the latest and funkiest parties hitting the club scene, the trendiest clothing you’ve never worn, undiscovered beauties that have never been seen and the best music from undiscovered talent that deserves to be heard. NSC was an idea that was co
nceived between Dylan Graham and Steven Charles Burt back in late 2001. It was never actually taken seriously by either of them as both had prior commitments and obligations. Over the years the topic and the discussion continued to come up in conversation, from starting a clothing label and brand to setting up a record label, modelling agency and events based company all under the NSC name. When Dylan and Steven started working together again in 2008 they continued throwing around ideas and actually decided that with Steven’s extensive business experience and contacts and Dylan’s reputation for being an extremely hard worker and creatively driven individual, that this was something that they both wanted and knew that they could get. They both knew each other very well so it was a given that they were both thinking along the same creative lines. Both Steven and Dylan have many years worth of experience and knowledge in or with the music industry, modelling agencies and clothing labels and brands throughout the world. At present NSC has drawn up plans, made enquiries and registered names, logo’s and slogans. There is A LOT more hard work involved and A LOT more hard work that is needed to be put in to see NSC launched and eventually expanded, it won’t be easy at all but Dylan is confident in his ability and confident that it will and can be done. NSC has also drawn up plans and made plans to not only be an events and entertainment company but has also made plans and taken the necessary steps to add a record label, modelling agency and clothing label/brand to it’s name. Unfortunately Dylan and the world lost Steven on December 28th 2010. The vast amount of knowledge, experience and advice that he had and gave in his time here on earth is irreplaceable. Dylan is now more focused and determined than ever to make NSC a success and to see it get off the ground, not just for him but for Steven too. So as we speak pen is being put to paper, ideas are coming to life, creativity is flowing and the determination is at an all time high.
