For us that was a 5895 meters high proof we can reach our goals. After this many exciting trips followed as you might saw the recent months. During all my travels I noticed that I had the best time when I'm together with good people and by no means when I had a laptop or smartphone in my hands. Far away from all stressful things and crazy news you often go through. Once again I learned life is about the people you meet and you surround yourself with.

My reason for traveling isn't to find the sense of life. You might end up searching for it around the globe with no result at all, because it's not just a certain state you reach, not an achievement you accomplish. It's obviously more about shaping the life you want to have for yourself while getting older and wrinkled. It's an ongoing process that never ends. Doesn't matter if you're home alone or stupid rich on a yacht. You can be happy or sad either way. It all depends if it feels right for you and if you're happy with it yourself. Listen to your feelings and stop living a life full of other people's values which might be the wrong ones for you. It's not about the life others might think you have, it's about being happy with your own life. I'm still working on this myself. Again, it's a process.

I consider myself as lucky for connecting with all of you! This time I randomly picked up a few photos of some of the best moments during my travels through Africa last year. 🙂”
