The High Court of South Africa ruled that The Department of Home Affairs' decision to terminate the Zimbabwean Exemption Permit is unlawful, unconstitutional, and invalid.

ZEP Holders are able to reside in South Africa under the conditions stated in 𝗜𝗺𝗺𝗶𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗡𝗼. 𝟭 𝗼𝗳 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟭.

Zimbabwean nationals now have until the end of this year to apply for a mainstream visa that they qualify for.
