Open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen and scullery, dining area and TV lounge leads out onto a built in barbecue and second dining area. The pool is securely fenced and there is a trampoline for kids to expend their energy!

Beau Constantia is a boutique wine farm situated at the top of Constantia Nek overlooking False Bay. These lovingly nurtured vines are spoilt with panoramic views of the Stellenbosch and Helderberg Mountain ranges.
Their Family Range of Wines get their namesakes from the owners of the estate and each fruit is meticulously hand raised from farm to bottle.
Beau Constantia is also the home of the famous Chefs Warehouse. Chef patron Ivor Jones, a classic and experimental creative, makes dining at this restaurant as memorable as the panoramic views of the vineyards and mountain ranges.

This truly special home has 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The beautifully decorated open plan living area, with kitchen, lounge and bar, open onto a spacious patio which looks over the pool onto majestic mountain views. There is a separate TV lounge and a scullery. Downstairs are three bedrooms, the main bedroom with a very generous wardrobe area and open plan en suite bathroom, and two bedrooms each with a double bed that has a pull out mattress and their own bathrooms. Upstairs is a further bedroom with an queen size bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower.

February is the month of love and Constantia is possibly one of the most beautiful suburbs in Cape Town. It has endless greenbelts and a great selection of wine farms to choose from for a romantic picnic or wine tasing. February is also one of the best months to visit Cape Town, either for a romantic trip away or with a group of friends or family.

Berry Cottage is a private, family-friendly home in the quiet Chelsea area of Wynberg. Within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques and a park.
It is a light, bright family home, perfect for children with a green shady garden and a trampoline. Kids can happily play while parents barbecue and entertain on the patio.
Very secure with a shared driveway and access through garage into the house. 2 parking bays.
