𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰: Shuttle Up is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team for the night shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling bookings, co-ordinating with drivers and clients, tracking vehicles, and ensuring punctuality, along with performing general administrative tasks.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Manage and process bookings efficiently during night hours.
• Liaise with drivers and clients to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Track and monitor vehicle locations to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate records and complete general administrative functions.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Proficiency in computer systems and booking software.
• Availability to work night shifts exclusively.

Our Story

ElJoSa Travel and Tours – Established in 2004, we operate from Cape Town in the Western Cape and Gauteng, South Africa.

With a fleet of 48 coaches ranging from brands like Mercedes, Volvo, MAN and Scania, we offer a wide range of semi – luxury and luxury transport.

The past and current success of ElJoSa are defined by Industry expertise, customer focus and innovative drive. Our customers, our suppliers, our staff and particularly the people we transport are the lifeblood of our business. We set out to make the focus on people, the core of our business.

We are working with Road Safety of SA, South African Road Transport Agency and the Cross Border Road Transport Agency for licenses and permits. Our coaches undergo COF inspection every 6 months and are serviced according to the supplier records. Maintenance is done with Mercedes Benz, MAN, Volvo and Scania.
