The location offers easy access to a multitude of attractions such as the V&A Waterfront, Cape Towns famous and finest beaches, Table Mountain and the Stellenbosch Winelands. The apartment is sleeps a maximum of 4 guests, the main bedroom en suite has a double bed, whilst the spacious lounge consists of a comfortable leather couch which doubles into a sleeper couch with large LCD flat television. The apartment has an open-plan dinning room, that seats four, as well as an open-plan, kitchen which is fully furnished containing all the necessary appliances as well as cutlery and crockery. Adjacent to the lounge is the patio, which has wonderful views of the Riviera as well as Table Mountain in the background and is equipped with outdoor furniture that is ideal for outdoor dining. The apartment also provides a garage parking, as well as secure guest parking within the estate.
