It’s tough to beat this front-row seat to all the wildlife action!

Perched right on the rim of the stunning Ngorongoro Crater, the Lemala Osonjoi experience immerses guests in all aspects of its remarkable location in the Eastern Highlands: chilly mornings, crisp mountain air, and swirling mists enshrouding panoramic views of the crater floor below.

It's hard not to get excited when one of your favourite Okavango Delta camps sends you pics of their latest refurb. Okuti Camp WOW!

The re-design capitalises on the breath-taking views of the river, especially from the new breakfast bar where guests can take in the heavenly views of the lagoon. The spaces both in the main area of camp and the rooms have been reconfigured and reimagined to capitalise on the breath-taking views of the Maunachira River.

This is a lovely little camp, perfect for exploring all of the delta's watery delights year round. A true oasis of serenity with a warm and down to earth feeling that makes it ideal for a family adventure!

Singita Ebony takes 'extraordinary' up a few notches.

Singita's pioneering approach is precisely what has grown a single lodge offering in 1993 into 12 lodges across three African countries with a million acres under conservation management. So it's not surprising that their flagship property Ebony Lodge – has undergone a re-invention with a redesign that takes 'extraordinary' up a few notches! Walls have been replaced with canvas and glass to create safari tent-style suites that maximize views and space. The front wall of each suite has been removed entirely, flooding the interiors with light. Outdoor pavilion decks, ideal for dining or relaxing in your private plunge pool, seemingly float above the riverbanks.

The heart of the lodge has been designed for guests to meet, relax, and take in the stunning views. The sitting room has been relocated to the front of the lodge, offering a serene space closer to nature.

This redesign reflects what Singita calls the ‘New Nomad’ style. Travelers looking to immerse themselves in nature while staying connected to the modern world.

A stunning photo of a yellow-billed oxpeckers picked out in startling contrast on the hide of a zebra. The oxpecker eats ticks from the zebra's skin consuming up to 1000 ticks and larvae a day, and uses their hair for nests. They also provide an early warning signal for potential threats. Photo credit to the Simbavati Collection where the safari guides go to great lengths to impart many fascinating facts about the animals and birds you'll encounter on their safari drives or on foot.
