My experience
For more than 20 years, I have been involved in the hospitality industry starting my career in the front of house working as a waiter and barman. I became involved in contract catering in the early 1990’s…I was hooked…. I then spent three years training in one of South Africa’s top 10 restaurants before heading to foreign shores. I have worked in Singapore as well as five star hotels

in the Middle east…working with top chefs from around the globe. Returning to South Africa I completed a season at another top 10 establishment before finally heading kitchens of five star hotels and top fine dining establishments…this story continues…
