Day 1–3

Begin at Thorntree River Lodge, where you’ll track rhinos on foot in Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park and witness the sheer power of Victoria Falls.

Day 3–6

The resident female east of Lolebezi, Lady is a young and graceful leopardess. Staying unusually close to her mother Mai’s territory, she provides rare insight into leopard behavior. She exudes elegance and is a captivating sight in the wild.

Plastic pollution is a growing crisis in Victoria Falls, threatening wildlife, ecosystems, and communities.

African Bush Camps Foundation is proud to support Ele-Collection with the opening of a Recycling Hub in Hwange National Park. -Collection is an environmental initiative that collects and recycles waste from the national park and surrounding communities, turning plastic into building materials. This replaces quarry stone and reduces the environmental impact of mishandled plastic waste.

Our Zimbabwe Experiences are also contributing to this effort by sending plastic waste to the Recycling Hub, where it's processed and then transported to Victoria Falls to be repurposed into building materials.

Across all 17 of our Experiences, we’ve also eliminated single-use plastic water bottles by providing guests their own re-usable metal bottles - preventing nearly 98,000 plastic bottles from entering the environment in 2024 - and switched to eco-friendly food packaging.

We’re proud to be part of the solution. Let’s continue to share and conserve Africa, together.

African Bush Camps is a small and independently owned African-based company run by one of Africa’s top Safari guides Beks Ndlovu and his wife Sophia. The company was formed as a result of the growth of Beks Safaris, where Beks used his natural talents and outstanding guiding skills to promote the concept of privately guided safaris through remote parts of Africa.

Beks and Sophia passionately believe that your guides and hosts in Africa are the key to making your safari the most memorable African experience. Our professional guides will ensure that through their knowledge and experience, they unravel a wilderness adventure that exceeds your dreams, and that you are hosted in a cultured, informed and charming manner.

Our speciality is to create tailor-made safari itineraries which are structured according to your requests and which meet and exceed the expectations of today’s modern traveller.
