This picture was taken during Covid, when travel was restricted and my business came to a grinding halt.
However it wasn’t all doom & gloom, and as one does, in times of need, some re-inventing took place & with an already love for Kundalini yoga, I was luckily able to use a couple of the beautiful properties as a Kundalini yoga retreat.
Every morning, we would head to the beach for a most glorious sunrise dip, after which we would have a super healthy breakfast prepared by local chef Kim, followed by awesome Kundalini yoga with Patwant.
For me, and like for many others, it was the start for a love & need for cold open water swimming. It was a time, when, with no - where else to go, the ocean & our beautiful beach became a refuge of gratitude and healing.
