Mystique Hospitality Solutions

Mystique Hospitality Solutions Mystique Hospitality Solutions provides reservations, marketing representation and operational support and much more .... based in Cape Town!

Mystique Hospitality Solutions focuses on three critical aspects that ensure smooth operations and an ever present company image. Reservations, Operations, and Marketing & Promotional services. An establishment’s first point of consequential contact with their potential guests, is the point at which an enquiry is made. This is either done directly by the guest or through an agent, tour operator or

ground handler. There are many means in which this may arise, either by an email, through your website, in response to your marketing collateral, an advert or promotional medium, or even via the telephone or skype. In whichever way the enquiry arrives, the time you take and the way in which you respond, will have a massive impact on whether you are able to make the sale. Boasting more than 30 years combined lodge management, the owners of Mystique Hospitality Solutions (MHS), can assist your lodge management with as much support, guidance and structure as necessary. MHS has, over the years, developed a working methodology that can assess, identify, plan and implement most operational requirements. Located in Cape Town, the tourism capital of South Africa, Mystique Hospitality Solutions can create and drive both your marketing and public relations campaigns. There are more tour operators / agents based in the greater Cape Town area than anywhere else in South Africa, and MHS can introduce your property / operation to them all! This, coupled with strong international databases (that are updated daily), creates a fantastic start to a great marketing campaign. Cyber-marketing is key in our ever-evolving technological world, and MHS keeps up with the latest trends, newsletter creation and social media platforms, in order to keep your business current and relevant! If you come across a tortoise in the road, please help it across the road in the direction that it was headed. If there are fences, help it over the fence and let it be on its way and free.

Best thing I have seen all week!

The tragic death of a baby dolphin taken from the sea so that tourists could take selfies with it is indicative of some people's focus on obtaining a perfect animal selfie rather than thinking of the animal’s welfare.

Wild animals belong in the wild and the beachgoers should have immediately called for help in returning this poor baby dolphin to the ocean, not passed him around like a photo prop. http://huff.to/1SBD73d
