This practice was slow and mindful and about a hour long. It’s much harder to slow you transitions down and to have control of your body from one shape to another. The past few years I have focused on mobility and strength, to move with more agility rather than focusing on an end shape or range of movement. Combined with trail running and swimming I feel good 🤸♂️🤸♂️

Morning Yoga Online class. Some days I just feel the need to teach and move the body in non traditional yoga ways.
We did a lot of hip external, which we usually do but also focusing on internal rotation of the hips/ femur bone in the hip joint. Having strong and mobile hips is so important to find stability and agility as we move through life.
