The Bay House is a spectacular 6-bedroom luxury villa on the beach front in the beautiful village of Kommetjie. This magnificent masterpiece is equipped with two kitchens, two dining rooms and two lounges, offering there is more than enough space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The sparkling blue 10m pool will ensure guests have lots of fun in the summer. A pedestrian gate leads directly onto the beach in front of the property and this is where guests can enjoy leisurely walks in the mornings or evenings. The house is beautifully furnished with a range of artworks. The 2nd kitchen (Chef’s kitchen) is ideal for those wanting to have dinner prepared and served for them or perhaps a catered function. We use the services of a highly recommended local chef, so please do ask about this service.

Shore Fun is a perfect family holiday home, just back from Long Beach in Kommetjie. It is situated on a quiet street – open the gate and watch your little ones on their bikes as they zoom around in front of the house. You will see from the drone shots that the house is just across the road from Long Beach and is ideally positioned. It has two bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs, both with substantial outdoor areas to relax. The living area downstairs is open plan and leads onto the front entertainment deck as well as the swimming pool area at the back of the house. There is an upstairs lounge that opens to a large covered patio with beautiful sea views and above that, a viewing deck. There are built-in braai areas upstairs and downstairs so you are spoiled for choice. The swimming pool is a special feature and looks like the beach – it has a pool safety fence and solar heating. There is also an additional en-suite room with a small kitchenette should you need to bring a nanny with you on holiday.

With access control, roaming security as well as 24hour on-site security, you can enjoy your stay with us in peace. Accommodation consists of four beautifully decorated bedrooms sleeping a maximum of eight people, all en-suite. The master bedroom has a king size bed with flat-screen TV and a private balcony overlooking Noordhoek beach. Two of the bedrooms have queen-sized beds and open up onto the pool deck. The other bedroom has two three-quarter-sized beds and views towards Hout Bay and Long Beach.

We love spending time at the seaside and exploring the rocks with our kids and dogs. It's a wonderful way to have fun and reconnect in nature.

Yellowwood Cottage is an immaculate but cosy cottage located in the stunning estate of Imhoff’s Gift, just outside Kommetjie. This cottage comfortably sleeps 4 guests and is perfect for those quiet getaways with friends and family. It offers 2 bedrooms, one of which has an en suite, as well as another separate bathroom. The kitchen is spacious and has a breakfast counter with a lovely modern appeal. It’s open-plan design leads into the TV lounge where you can kick back and relax while watching your favourite show. The dining room is just off from the lounge and has a lovely wooden table, perfect for 4 guests. The dining room opens out onto the large wooden deck that wraps around the house, leading onto the garden. The swimming pool sits a little higher than the ground level and has a special “current machine” that allows you to get a little workout going while swimming against the current. Around the back of the cottage is a private and sheltered area, perfect for setting up the braai and enjoying your evening.

The Boat House is a modern holiday home in the heart of Kommetjie. It is a very unique property with little pieces of the original building displayed decoratively and a beautiful large Milkwood tree provides shade on a hot summer’s day and has been carefully incorporated into the design of the house giving a wonderful indoor, and outdoor flow and providing privacy. For keen boaters, there is space to store a boat at the house. You are within easy walking distance of the village, Old Kom, the lighthouse and the slip way. The owners have put a lot of thought into this home making it a lovely choice for a family holiday.
