Our tours are aimed at true bush lovers and those who enjoy the wilderness. Our aim is to offer an overlanding experience and the tours are not designed as an obstacle course or endurance test. The focus is on the holistic experience of travelling through remote areas and experiencing its solitude that will fill you with the spirit of “bygone pioneers”. We strive to offer you that “once-in-a-lifetime experience”.

As a proud owner-run 4x2 and 4x4 tour operator, Bonsai Technologies is able to identify your needs for any particular 4x2 or 4x4 trip and to offer guided and self-guided trips to fit those needs. We are based in Pretoria and have a variety of options to choose from. Else we can assist you in planning a trip to remember.

Your 4x2 or 4x4 vehicle is most probably one of your most expensive assets that you have. Without proper 4x4 training, you have a high probability of damaging your vehicle while driving off-road. We will train you to use it in a safe and responsible manner in off-road conditions in order to minimise the probability of damaging it.
