🍕EASY PIZZA RECIPE AND A WINE PAIRING🔥

I am obsessed with making my own dough! I either use my .sa or if the weather sucks, I put the stone in oven preheated to 240 deg.
Dough:
4g instant yeast
250g Flour
1 TBS honey
1 tsp salt
120ml water
65ml beer
Mix water, beer and honey in a small bowl or jug. Sprinkle yeast over and allow it to bubble for 5-10 mins.
Mix flour and salt in a large bowl. Make a well in the center and using a spoon slowly pour and incorporate the liquid into the dry ingredients. When it comes together, turn out into floured surface. Knead for a few mins - it is a sticky dough so don’t be alarmed. Shape into a ball, line a bowl with a little bit of olive oil and place the dough into the bowl. Cover with damp tea towel and keep it in a warm place to prove.
After about 1/2 an hour, gently knock back the dough, divide into 6 smaller balls, and place back in the bowl to prove until ready to roll bases ☑️
