Olive Marmalade: Made with sun-ripened Olives, which we combine with an orange marmalade to produce true jars of deliciousness! Melt the Olive Marmalade in a saucepan with nuts and Brandy and pour over Cheesecake, Ice cream or even Malva Pudding! It also makes a perfect Glaze for spareribs and gammon, hence the popular name "Christmas in a jar" 🫒🍊

In a food processor, blend Green Olives, Garlic, EVOO, Basil, Parsley, Dill and a pinch or two Herbs & Pepper Olive Salt until a Pesto like consistency forms.
