Every member of the Serve Pro team has been exceptionally and individually trained by a CITY AND GUILDS OF LONDON assessor who has over 21 years training and working industry experience in the hospitality arena as a lecturer and a hospitality service provider within the industry in KZN. Our management team consists of professionals who set and expect the highest standards of professionalism from every member of our teams, ensuring that we provide and deliver "service excellence" whether the function is a corporate, conferencing or sporting event or an intimate cocktail party. Serve Pro is able to assist our clients with invaluable knowledge from the off-set of a booking through to setting up the function and handle the unpleasant but necessary breakdown of an event with ease.
