The fitted kitchen comes with granite counter tops and breakfast counter and opens onto the open plan lounge/dinning room area. The lounge is equipped with a comfortable modern lounge suite and wall mounted Plasma TV with D.S.T.V premium and Netflix included.

The apartment has WiFi. There is an inverter for load shedding providing power to the WiFi, TV and DSTV. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed and opens onto the balcony with clear unparalleled sea views. There is main-en-suite bathroom for your comfort with a shower only.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds and is bright and sunny. The second bathroom has a separate bath and shower. This Umhlanga self-catering flat has a central ducted air-conditioner to keep you cool as well as overhead fans.

There is a well maintained pool in the complex with braai facilities at the pool area but the apartment offers a gas braai on the patio as well. There is a disc operated Laundromat in building which can be purchased from the reception desk. There is also direct access from the complex onto the famous Umhlanga Promenade.

The unit has ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans The beautiful kitchen comes with granite tops and new white cupboards. It is well equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

This Umhlanga beachfront accommodation unit has 3 large bedrooms (2 queen beds and 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower.

You have the use of the beautifully manicured communal gardens where there are covered tables and chairs and braai facilities around the pool. From here there is direct access onto the Umhlanga promenade and beach. This unit has designated undercover parking for a car and ample visitors parking in the grounds. Cleaning service provided Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

The apartment furnishings and fittings are to a good standard. The main bedroom has a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom with a separate shower and bath. The apartment is very secure and safe. This apartment is comfortably appointed and clean and has a great sea view from the apartment. The kitchen has a dish washer and is separate from the dining room and lounge area.

There is a TV with OPEN VIEW included. The main bedroom has a double bed with an overhead fan and the bathroom has a bath and overhead shower.

The flat has been beautifully renovated and has 3 comfortable bedrooms and sleeps 6. This flat has a central ducted air-conditioning unit that cools the entire flat. Each bedroom has new built-in cupboards and comes equipped with ceiling fans. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with separate bath and shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. The second bathroom has a large shower only.

The stunning kitchen boasts Ceasar Stone counter tops and is fully equipped with all mod cons. The appliances are new and include a dishwasher and tumble drier (there is a washing machine in the 2nd bathroom). The lounge has a comfortable L shaped couch and comes with a flat screen TV and DSTV premium. There is an inverter for load shedding providing one light, the WiFi, TV and DSTV. The lounge and dining area also have views of the ocean and open onto the balcony.

Marbella is situated on the beachfront in Lagoon Drive and is right on the Bronze Beach swimming beach which is protected by life guards and shark nets. Tenants have private access to the beach from the complex. You have the use of the communal pool area and the complex has a 24 hour security guard.

This is an upmarket apartment and we regret no children under 10 by request of the owner.
