We are a reputable facilities management company

Seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Admin Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in accounting and be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

2-3 years experience in below:

Manage accounts payable and receivable
Process and maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and expenses
Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
Assist with month-end close procedures
Prepare financial reports as required
Liaise with clients and suppliers regarding invoicing
Preparation of safety files
Preparation of documentation for ISO audits

Pastel accounting experience advantageous
