Our local Mthembu family in Khula Village, St Lucia, shared traditional recipes passed down through generations with our Resirest guests.

They got hands-on in the kitchen, learning about Zulu culture, and enjoyed a delicious meal made with fresh, local ingredients. It's more than just cooking—it's a cultural journey.

A couple from Australia recently thoroughly enjoyed exploring Khula Village with Siya! From the WOWZULU Marketplace, they went on a guided walk through the community to feel the pulse of daily life. They bought an indigenous tree from a local ‘treepreneur’ to plant on the edge of the Wetland, aiding conservation of this important area and offsetting their carbon footprint, and enjoyed a visit to the traditional healer (isangoma) and a dance demonstration.

A beautiful message from a trip we organized recently at WOWZULU eMazizini:

"I trust this letter finds you well and in good spirits. After a full and fruitful 21-day excursion through our beloved South Africa, Elizabeth is back home safely, and we have returned to our home in the Western Cape.
