There are four fireplaces in the house and a state of the art security system. There is a bonsai collection, herb garden, koi pond and patio to relax and enjoy.
Ideally located between Cape Town (20 minutes drive), the Stellenbosch winelands (20 minutes drive) and in the heart of the Northern suburb winelands (2 minutes drive). Great area for cycling, parkruns, trail running. You will experience the tranquility of the Northern suburbs of Cape Town, with the buzz of Cape Town just a short drive away. Have great adventures in the Winelands, which start on your doorstep. You are 25 minutes away from stunning beaches with fantastic views of Table Mountain and Robben Island.
You can very conveniently order groceries online and have it delivered within 60 minutes if you don't feel like shopping, although you are minutes away from high end grocery, fashion and other shops. The area has many amazing restaurants at affordable prices ranging from sushi, Italian, fish, steakhouses, Indian cuisine, local food etc.

Enjoy sunny and warm weather in summer with a mild winter. You can make daytrips to the West Coast of South Africa, or a longer visit to the Garden Route or semi-desert Karoo. There is no limit to the opportunities for activities and things you can do.
Our house is available for swapping from 26 December 2022 - 10 January 2023. We would love to go to Manhatten, but are open to any exciting destinations!
