The Collywobbles Cape Vulture Colony View Site.
The Collywobbles vulture colony, home to almost 200 nesting pairs, is set in one of the most spectacular locations of any of South Africa’s Cape vulture colonies. The 300m sheer cliffs of the Mbashe Gorge in the Idutywa District, Located roughly 60 km’s south of Mthatha, the site is set in a rural location along the convoluted meanderings of the Mbashe River. Access can be challenging, though the incomparable views of the vultures is worth the trek!
Eastern Cape Tourism shame on you, this view site is appalling and run down, an embarrassment to tourists.

Super excited to be hosting our first "Chasing Dragons" Enduro Tour in the magnificent mountains around the Clifford Farming area, Barkly East. Our base will be "De Hoop Gaste Huis" which is situated 6km from summit of the "Otto Du Plessis Pass", 2115m above sea level.

Our annual Cottage Owner's vs Qora Tigers Soccer friendly was once again held at Kob Inn over the Festive Season. Strong winds and loooong grass 😁made it tough but fun was had by all. A tournament was meant to be held on the 23rd & 24th December between all the local soccer sides but was cancelled due to rain. With the help of all the Cottage owners we were able to donate a soccer kit as well as trophies and medals. These will be handed out at the next tournament.
