At what age should I test?

Age 25 – All women should have their risk for breast cancer assessed from age 25.

25-39 years – Women with an average risk of breast cancers, with no symptoms of breast cancer, need a clinical examination every 1-3 years.

From age 40 – Annual clinical examination & mammographic screening.

Older women – There is a benefit of screening the 80-84-year age group.
