TAS International Recruitment is currently in search of an experienced and vibrant Marketing Manager in Cape Town
Minimum Experience and Qualification Required:
· Marketing diploma or degree – previous 5 star hotel experience
· 5 - 8 years work experience in a similar role
· Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
· Computer Literacy essential, Canva, photoshop and Microsoft Office
· Positive attitude, Self-disciplined and motivated team player
· Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
· Good Interpersonal skills
· Driver’s License with own transport preferable
· A keen eye with attention to detail
· International PR experience advantageous
Key performance objectives:
· Communicate the brand strategy, internally and externally
· Work on product research and marketing campaigns
· Create brand awareness and ensure the brand stays consistent.
· Build relationships with target audiences
· Identify market opportunities
· Execute marketing initiatives
· Compilation, co-ordination and implementation of ad-hoc marketing strategies over and above the Strategic Goals should the need arise for a specific strategy in a particular segment
· Ensure that all actions included in the Strategic Goals has taken place on a daily, weekly and or monthly basis
· Monitoring social channels for Daily Guest Reviews (Booking.com | Expedia | TripAdvisor | Google |ResDiary | Facebook)
· Process monthly invoices and ad-hoc invoices for payment
· Design ads for various publications
· Liaise with Suppliers & Service Providers
· Update and mange 3rd party websites with copy, images, videos, menus
· Marketing Collateral – creating or editing of collateral for printing
· Monitor brand integrity of all branded items
