m is a commercial farm, breeding Bonsmaras- and Wagyu cattle, Merinos and Endurance horses. We lovingly restored a 100 year old Sandstone farm house (Guesthouse) a stone shed (De Oude Schuur - Conference venue and Spa) and a more modern farmhouse (Plaashuis) - turning it into three luxury four star, self-catering guest house. Giving guests the opportunity to experience farm living. It is a nature lover’s paradise and is very secluded, blessed with the most amazing views over the Free State highland hills. The birdlife is spectacular with Secretary Birds, Blue cranes and Bald Ibises. The Bald Ibis breeds at the waterfall situated on the farm. We guarantee a sighting as they roost here every night. It is also a experience to swim and pick nick at the waterfall. You can try to catch some Bass there as well. We are birding friendly and many grassland birds species occur on the farm. We also offer MTB and hiking routes and guided horse rides. You are also welcome to bring your own horses for a holiday! We are pet friendly for small breed dogs only. The farm has 4 km of river frontage on the Wilge River and is ideal for fishing. Guesthouse:

A birding Paradise, and stay in style in one of our three private four star Guesthouses on the Farm.

We have breeding Secretary birds, a whole flock of Bold Ibises and an African Harrier hawk constantly stalking our chickens. Occasionally we have Blue Cranes sightings on the farm as well!
