Happy guests. Here's their review after a 2 night stay:

"What makes a super host? Well other than the fact that everything we needed was provided for? (Including fire wood and sherry) or that as we didn’t have a car to go to Stellenbosch and our Uber cancelled because it was too long a trip, Jen offered to drive us even though she had other commitments. We declined and sorted it out but that she offered amazed us. Don’t let the picture be your only criterion. The place is spacious, very large rooms, very large grounds, private lake, a river in back. It’s just simply gorgeous
Could not find anything for you to do better. This was spectacular . Thank you”

"I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a place to stay in Franschhoek. The location is perfect, within walking distance to the main town, and it is great value for money. The cottage is well-kept and very comfortable. Communication with Jen was extremely easy and clear which made check-in very smooth. All-round a great experience and we will hopefully be back! "

Born and bred in Franschhoek, Theresa has been part of our market family for what feels like forever. This mother of 3 is well known for her authentic samoosa varieties. Beef, chicken, prawn and avocado or even corn and cheese - her menu delivers a bang of flavour.

As an entrepreneur since 2013, in order to support her family, Theresa hopes to attract visitors to the market with her unique samoosas (and for them to return again and again for more).
