The life of a Travel Counsellor...😁✈️

I attended my 10th annual Travel Counsellors conference this weekend at Irene Country Lodge.
Friday was spent catching up with our Travel Suppliers. At night, we enjoyed dinner at The Barn and were entertained by a comedian.
Saturday we were inspired with 2 guest speakers and then head office.
Saturday night was our black tie awards dinner and we all had a great night celebrating.
On sunday Darren Thomas shared his story and inspired us that we too, can overcome trauma.
Ended off with a workshop session.
We left feeling exhausted but inspired!

I love it when my clients make the best of a flight delay or cancellation. Flight from London back to SA was canceled due to technical issues so the airline put them up for a night in London and they got to explore London, adding on to their amazing trip which they won to the Bahamas. Bonus for 1st time traveller's!
Only thing is they had to buy jackets. 🤣😂

Travel tip: Always keep a set of spare clean clothes in your hand luggage incase of delays
